Unfortunately, President Obama does not actually sing the song. But he does pick up on the hand motions pretty quickly. Next song for him to learn will be David Melech Yisrael.
A week ago, Obama spoke at Adas Israel, one of the oldest synagogues in Washington, DC. According to the NY Daily News, he declared himself “a member of the tribe” and reminisced on being called “the first Jewish President.”
Watch out, Bernie Sanders! Looks like being Jewish is no longer enough to get my vote.
